SMS will continue to guide members through the specialty care journey, empowering them to make informed healthcare decisions. SMS Care Advocates will help members select a high-quality specialist that is in-network & credentialed at an Ambulatory Surgery Center. If appropriate, the SMS care advocate will warm transfer to A4me, clinical, 2nd.MD or other programs to resolve member inquiries as appropriate. For our clients: Our communication team will work with your Optum or Engagement Solutions team to determine the best way to let your members know about the name change. We will coordinate on an awareness email and mailer reintroducing the name and reminding members of the service SMS provides, ensuring that they receive the communication in a timely fashion to avoid as much confusion as possible.
