Teresa is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of SMS strategic clinical quality program. She provides strategy, leadership, guidance, and oversight for all aspects of the clinical quality program to both internal and external stakeholders. Teresa has an extensive background in clinical operations, population health and analytics. Her mission is to ensure that each person’s healthcare experience is of the highest quality and satisfaction. In her spare time, Teresa volunteers with a national case manager certification organization and travels.
She is a registered nurse and has a Bachelor of Science degree from New Hampshire College, and a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law.
